How fast do you actually reply?

What if I don't know which package fits?

Pick "not sure" on the form. I'll recommend the right tier based on what your business actually needs — not the most expensive one. About a third of inquiries end up with a different package than they expected.

Do you take on clients outside Suwanee?

Yes — but I prioritize Atlanta-area businesses for founding-client pricing. If you're outside the metro, I still respond, but the local-SEO advantage of working with someone nearby is real and worth considering.

What happens after I submit?

You get a confirmation email instantly. Within 24 hours, I send a real reply with my package recommendation and a few questions if I need more context. If we're a fit, the next step is a 30-min discovery call. If we're not, I'll tell you and point you somewhere better.

How does payment actually work?

After our discovery call, I send you a project agreement and a Stripe invoice for the 50% deposit. You can pay by credit card or ACH bank transfer — whichever is easier. Cards clear same-day; ACH takes 2-3 business days but costs you nothing extra (I cover the small ACH processing fee). Work begins as soon as the deposit clears. Final 50% is invoiced when the site goes live. No hidden fees, no surprise charges, no monthly retainer unless we agree to one.

What's your refund policy?

50% deposit to start. If you don't love the first round of design directions, you walk away with the deposit refunded — no hard feelings. After that, project deposits are non-refundable but I'll always do whatever it takes to get you something you love.
